I was on a road trip with my motorbike and the bike stopped working around Cranbrook. I found this shop and asked for help. They tested the bike and found out that the charge is not happening, either the stator or regulator. Not having the Yamaha parts on hand they told me that it could take a few weeks to get them. Of course I could not wait that long. Jason was the mechanic that helped me out, he was great and comprehensive of my situation. My experience at this shop was great, I could hang out for hours as I was waiting for a tow truck to pick-up the bike to drive to Trail, BC so I could put the bike in a U haul truck to drive back to Vancouver (the U Haul idea came from Jason and that, saved me a ton of money as I was about to pay for a tow tp Kelowna for a Yamaha dealer ) In all , I was very satisfied with the quality of service, the info. that they gave me to move forward. I made it home to Vancouver! Thanks Jason and All season motorsports !

This was the second time I have been saved by All Season Sports. Terry answered my call when I was stranded with a bike that suddenly wouldn't start. He gave me some pointers and told me to call back if I still couldn't get it running. After I called back he showed up on his own bike and had me back on the road in a few minutes. At his shop he finalized the fixing and asked for a minimal amount of money. I couldn't believe how these guys have continually put riders/customers first before their profits. I am extremely happy with how I was treated again by these guys. I really appreciate you! thanks a million!

A few years ago I was in dire needs of a rear tire for my Kawasaki and I hadn't noticed how far the tread had been worn. These guys were awesome at getting the right tire and put on my bike in record time. I was back on my trip with my buddies in no time. Fantastic service without feeling embarrassed about my poor maintenance habits. Thank you All Season Sports!

Called in a panic after puncturing my rear . These folks had my tire in stock and immediately made room in their workload . Arrived at 5, out at 530 pm. They made a bad day much better!!

Great service at this location! Accommodating, welcoming and very knowledgeable. It is difficult for me to get my snowmobile to this location for service, but the staff at All Season Motorsports made it easy. Mark in the shop knows his stuff and was a pleasure to talk to! I will recommend your dealership to the other Cat owners in the Trail/Nelson/Castlegar area as we no longer have a dealership in Nelson. Thank-you and I will be back!

First class! I stopped by late in the day on a Friday, because of a noise that had manifested on my Voyager. Carisa and Mark were so helpfull. Mark had the bike up on the hoist checking clearance and tolerances. He took it out for a ride to check out the noise. Thank you all for your pleasantness and time. Great people!
